Belt transmission belongs to mechanical

transmission in terms of transmission

classification. The advantages are smooth

transmission, buffering and vibration absorption,

simple structure, low cost, convenient use and

maintenance, good flexibility and elasticity, and

overload slip.

To prevent the load of the conveyor belt from

starting and the conveyor belt to deviate, measures

should be taken to correct it in time. Conveyors

of different types and specifications should not be

connected together, and their joints should preferably

be vulcanized.

The type, structure, specifications, and number

of layers of the conveyor belt should be

reasonably selected according to the conditions

of use. Generally, the running speed of the

conveyor belt should not be greater than 2.5m / s.

Materials with large blocks and high abrasion

and the discharge device using fixed pears should

be used. Try to use low speed.

The relationship between the diameter of the driving

roller of the roller conveyor and the layer of the

conveyor belt, the matching of the driving roller, the

redirecting roller, and the requirements of the groove

angle of the supporting roller should be reasonably

selected according to the design requirements of the

conveyor.

Avoid the conveyor belt from being blocked

by racks, pillars or block materials, and prevent

it from being torn apart. If the conveyor belt is

partially damaged, repair it with artificial cotton

in time to avoid expansion.
