In addition, when pumping condensable vapor,

the liquid ring pump also plays a role of

condensation, which can increase its suction

capacity.

The design is compact, the pump has a high

number of revolutions, and can be directly

connected to the motor without the need for

a speed reduction device. Compared with the

traditional water ring pump, it saves nearly half

of the space, but the exhaust volume is unchanged.

There is no metal friction surface in the pump

cavity, and there is no need to lubricate the

pump. The seal between the rotating part and

the fixed part can be directly completed by a

water seal.

This wear-free design makes the vacuum pump

reliable, and can continue to operate for up to

20,000 hours without any maintenance even

under the most severe conditions.

Low acoustic noise, smooth operation, optimized

fluid technology, carefully crafted products and

fine trimming ensure its low working noise (noise

sound pressure below 73dB (A)) and high running

smoothness.
