In the existing drying room, only a heat source is

set on the ground, the internal temperature is

uneven, and when the temperature is too low, there

may be insufficient heat.

The foam molding drying room includes a wall

body and a roof. The roof is provided with a

heat insulation layer and a heat fan, and the

wall is provided with a heat insulation layer, a

heat sink and a heat radiation layer in this order.

The floor of the drying room is provided with a

heat insulation layer, a heat sink and a heat

radiation floor from bottom to top. The heat

insulation layer described above is a foam layer,

the heat radiation layer is a wooden grille, and

the heat radiation floor is a metal floor.

This drying room is provided with heat insulation

layers on six sides, heat radiating fins on the

periphery and the ground, and a heat fan on the top

to ensure uniform temperature and sufficient heat.

The heat dissipation layer on all sides uses a

wooden grille, the ground uses a metal floor,

and there are small holes in the metal floor.

On the one hand, it ensures that the heat can be

evenly and effectively distributed into the drying

room; on the other hand, it ensures the flatness

of the floor.
