EPS Block Molding Machine – Core Equipment for EPS Foam Block Production
The EPS block molding machine is the essential equipment for producing expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam blocks - the raw material for building insulation boards, packaging materials, and construction components. Pre‑expanded EPS beads are injected into a rectangular mold cavity, fused under high‑temperature steam (100–105°C, 0.6–0.8 MPa), and hardened through air cooling or vacuum cooling to form uniform, rigid foam blocks. These blocks are then cut into boards for external wall insulation systems (ETICS/EIFS), sandwich panel cores, cold storage insulation, floor heating, and roof insulation.
