The EPS continuous cutting line is a fully automated, high-throughput cutting system designed for continuous, uninterrupted cutting of EPS foam blocks into sheets of specified thicknesses. Unlike traditional single-table cutters that require frequent stops for loading and unloading, the continuous cutting line operates in a streamlined production flow - blocks are automatically fed, cut horizontally and vertically, and discharged continuously.
This continuous operation mode completely eliminates the capacity bottlenecks and human errors inherent in traditional intermittent cutting. The machine uses a chain-drive automatic feeding system for unattended continuous cutting, and can achieve 3–5 times the efficiency of ordinary cutting machines. With PLC+HMI control, large-capacity transformer supporting up to 50 hot wires simultaneously, and optional oscillation cutting for modified EPS materials, this system is the efficiency cornerstone for scaled EPS sheet production.
