Easily accommodates oversized foam blocks measuring up to 4000 × 2400 × 1200 mm. Equipped with a variable frequency drive system, the cutting speed is steplessly adjustable between 0.3 and 1 meter per minute; it also supports rapid return travel to minimize non-cutting idle time. With a single clamping setup, the machine can perform continuous slicing of multiple boards, thereby significantly boosting daily production output.

The vertical structural design, combined with a high-rigidity frame, effectively withstands the tension of the hot wire to ensure that all cut surfaces are perfectly vertical and flat. When paired with the optional high-precision automatic wire-tensioning device, the system effectively compensates for the minute elongation of the hot wire resulting from prolonged use. This keeps cutting thickness errors within ±1 mm, guaranteeing that the quality of the first batch of products remains absolutely consistent with that of the final batch.

Features variable frequency control for smooth speed adjustment, low noise operation, and precise dimensional accuracy. An optional 15-inch industrial touchscreen with a graphical user interface is available, allowing users to store "recipes" of frequently used cutting parameters (e.g., for different material thicknesses and densities). Operators require only 1–2 days of training to become capable of independently executing complex cutting tasks.
