Utilizing precision guide rails and an automatic wire-tensioning mechanism, the machine effectively compensates for the thermal elongation of the hot wires, ensuring that cutting thickness fluctuations remain within ±1 mm. The vertical cutting design guarantees flat, taper-free board surfaces, thereby minimizing gaps during subsequent installation and assembly.

The system supports the simultaneous operation of 6 to 20 hot wires, allowing for the production of multiple boards of identical thickness in a single clamping cycle. The cutting speed is steplessly adjustable from 0 to 3 meters per minute; a rapid return mechanism minimizes waiting times, enabling a single-shift (8-hour) production capacity of 300 to 1,000 cubic meters (depending on the material thickness).

The machine accommodates EPS blocks with maximum dimensions of 4000 × 2000 × 1200 mm. An extended model-customizable up to 6000 mm in length-is available to meet the single-pass cutting requirements for extra-long panels (such as cold storage panels and air duct boards).

Equipped with either a touchscreen interface or a digital control panel, the system allows users to directly input the desired thickness (e.g., 50 mm); the system then automatically calculates and adjusts the spacing between the hot wires. It can store up to 30 sets of frequently used specifications, allowing for product changeovers in just 5 minutes.

The heating wires are constructed from high-quality nickel-chromium alloy, ensuring a long service life. Transformer options ranging from 15 to 30 kVA are available to ensure stable voltage output. The machine is further equipped with a comprehensive suite of safety features, including an emergency stop function, overload protection, wire-break alarms, and protective guards.
