It encompasses the entire production process, from raw material pretreatment and foaming to finished product processing. EPS foam machinery focuses on the production of expandable polystyrene foam. Its core equipment includes EPS pre-expander machines, molding machines, cutting machines, and recycling machines. It can produce products such as EPS insulation boards, cushioning packaging, and building filler blocks, making it one of the most widely used types of foam machinery.

EPP foam machinery is designed for the characteristics of expandable polypropylene foam materials. Its core equipment includes EPP pre-expander machines and molding machines, primarily producing high-resilience, impact-resistant EPP products such as automotive parts, sports equipment, and high-end packaging.

polyurethane foam machinery is divided into rigid foam and flexible foam production lines. Key Technological Features of Foam Machinery

In terms of automated control, mainstream foam machinery generally adopts PLC programmable control systems and industrial touch screen human-machine interfaces, enabling fully automated operation of the entire process, including raw material conveying, foaming and molding, cooling and shaping, and demolding. It supports the storage and recall of multiple sets of production parameters, significantly reducing manual intervention and improving production stability and efficiency

In terms of energy efficiency, modern foam machinery reduces energy consumption by optimizing the heating system (such as using waste heat recovery devices), upgrading the insulation structure, and improving the power system. It also includes waste recycling equipment to crush and reuse foam scraps, improving raw material utilization and conforming to the concept of green production
For multi-functional adaptability, most foam machines support the production of multiple product categories by changing molds and adjusting parameters.
