EPS Block Molding Machine – High-Precision Block Production for Construction Insulation & Packaging

The EPS block molding machine is the core equipment for producing expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam blocks-the primary raw material for building insulation boards, sandwich panels, packaging materials, and construction components. Pre‑expanded EPS beads are fed into a rectangular mold cavity, fused under high‑temperature steam (0.6–0.8 MPa), and hardened through vacuum cooling to form uniform, rigid foam blocks. These blocks are then cut into boards for external wall insulation systems (ETICS/EIFS), cold storage, floor heating, and roof insulation.
