Advanced penetration heating technology (derived from international EPS molding processes) provides superior steam penetration, reducing heating time by 20%-30% and achieving over 15% reduction in overall energy consumption compared to conventional models. The efficient water-recycling vacuum system improves cooling efficiency, with the fastest single-cycle time reaching 50-70 seconds (based on 600mm thick block).

The machine frame is constructed from high-strength square tubes and high-quality steel plates. Key structural components undergo stress-relief annealing to eliminate welding stress, ensuring no deformation over long-term use. Molds are precision-machined and surface-hardened for enhanced wear resistance. Annual failure rate is below 3% (based on 5-year tracking data from over 200 units sold).

Fully automatic control with Mitsubishi PLC + Schneider touchscreen enables one-button automatic cycling for mold closing, feeding, heating, holding, cooling, demolding, and ejection. The optional Teflon-coated mold cavity ensures smooth demolding, reducing scrap from sticking, achieving a yield rate of over 99%. Automatic weighing and printing system facilitates batch quality traceability.

Standard configurations produce 850mm, 950mm, and 1150mm wide blocks/boards, with support for 1000mm width for building-specific applications. We offer customizable mold and cavity sizes based on customer requirements, with maximum block length up to 6,000mm, meeting large-scale building insulation projects or specialized industrial applications.

This machine adopts PLC programmable controller and touch human-machine interface control, automatic feeding, automatic control feeding process, has formed a complete guarantee automatic cycle of production equipment.
