Pc-controlled wire tensioning system
The tension of the cutting wire for the 300C Plus is regulated by use of the advanced tensioning system pc controlled developed by Epsole.
This unconventional pc-controlled tensioner (not pneumatic) was first conceived by Epsole and then barely copied by competitors worldwide.
Contrary to what happen when the tension is regulated by springs, that can lose force after a while and affect the accuracy, with the wire tensioner the operator is sure to get the highest precision. It allows getting then maximum diagonal of the cutting wire when processing files with independent axes for tapered / conical cuts. The tensioner is equipped with a spool or wire and during the execution of the cut, is able to recognize when to release or pull back the wire, always keeping constant the tension of the cutting wire.
