EPS Foam Production Process

Pre-Expansion:

Aging:

The expanded beads are stored in silos or bags for a few hours to stabilize and allow air to permeate the beads.

Moulding:

The expanded beads are fed into an EPS moulding machine, where they are exposed to steam again. The steam causes the beads to expand further and fuse together, taking the shape of the mould.

Cooling:

The moulded product is cooled using water or air to solidify its shape.

Demoulding:

The finished product is removed from the mould, trimmed (if necessary), and prepared for packaging or further processing.
