According to NPS standards, the density range for EPS foam is 13–28 kg/m³, with a thermal conductivity of ≤0.037 W/(m·K). High-density EPS (approx. 24–32 kg/m³) is suitable for structural load-bearing applications, while low-density EPS (approx. 11–16 kg/m³) is ideal for packaging and thermal insulation.

Utilizing advanced thermal penetration technology, our system ensures uniform steam penetration throughout large foam blocks; this results in firmly fused beads and low moisture content, thereby shortening the subsequent curing time and reducing the defect rate.
