After pressure and heat pretreatment, each TPU (a Cracked thermoplastic elastomer material) particles swell like popcorn. In this process, the original size of particles of about 0.5 millimeters will increase the volume by 10 times, so an oval non-crosslinked foamed particle ETPU containing micro-closed bubbles is formed, which looks like "popcorn".
