High Precision Batch Pre-Expande
Steam system of the high precision batch pre-expander adopts imported reducing valve to connect with German BURKERT Proportional valve control. The temperature adjustment is controlled by the sensor and the proportional valve. It delivers thermal accurately during foaming process is ongoing, the temperature of the foaming vessel is accurate, and the foamed particles are even.
The batch pre-expander is equipped with a imported precise foaming sensor device. The inspection unit will automatically draw samples from the foaming machine and implement the weighing procedure, the weighing data will be transformed and recorded to the PLC , if checked the foamed particles did not match the related weight requirement, they system will be told to adjust the foaming density value to the desired density requirement, and upate the new data. The whole procedures can be implemented itself without interfering.
The foaming density tolerance can be controlled withing 1%, even density meets.
