Today I will talk about some precautions for EPS raw material.
Handling
1.Wear appropriate protective clothing andchemical safety gloves.
2.Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Avoidinhalation.
3.Avoid dust formation. Mechanical exhaust required.
4.Keep away from heat, sparks and flame. Incompatibilities: Strong oxidizing agents.
5.Wash hands and face thoroughly after handling.
6.No smoking at working site.Storge
1.Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place.2.The flecon bags and paper bags should be stored in a cool (preferably below 26°C or 80°F) and well-ventilated warehouse.
3.Stay it away from fire, heat, ,direct sunlight, sparks, and flame. Keep away from sources of ignition.
4.Incompatibilities: Strong oxidizing agents. It helps keep EPS in great condition.
5.Stack heights should be stable and the bags' integrity should be emphasized. Please avoid overstocking EPS bags.
6.Humid environment may influence EPS bag's performance and the maximum safe stacking height. Please check it regularly.
7.All the EPS bags should be stacked in accordance with fire safety regulation
