1. Select EPS granules: select EPS granules suitable for pre-hairing. Make sure the particle quality is good, the particle size is uniform, and the foaming performance is suitable. Choose EPS particles with different densities according to your needs.

2. Temperature and time control: adjust the temperature and time parameters of the pre-engine to obtain the desired foaming effect. According to the characteristics of EPS particles and the requirements of the pre-engine, set the appropriate temperature and time. Too high a temperature can cause the pellets to melt or fuse, and too low a temperature can cause insufficient pre-engine.

3. Pre-engine pressure: adjust the pre-engine pressure according to the requirements of EPS particles and pre-engine molds. The pressure should be sufficient to fully expand the EPS pellets and fill the pre-engine mold.

4. Uniform filling: ensure that the EPS particles are evenly filled in the pre-formation mold, avoiding gaps or overfilling. Even filling helps achieve consistent pre-hair results and density.

5. Pre-launch time control: control the pre-launch time of the pre-launcher to ensure that the EPS particles are fully expanded and solidified. The type and size of the EPS particles may vary, so the pre-launch time will need to be adjusted.

6. Observe the prepayment process: During the prepayment process, closely observe the expansion of EPS particles and the prepayment effect. Keep temperature, time, and pressure steady and adjust as needed.

7. Post-pre-release treatment: After pre-release, take the pre-release mold out of the pre-release machine. In order to ensure the stability and quality of the EPS Pre-expander Machine, it should be cooled and solidified as needed.

8. Cleaning and maintenance: After using the EPS Pre-expander Machine, clean up the residue and waste of the pre-expander in time. Regular maintenance of the pre-conditioner, including cleaning and lubricating moving parts, ensures proper functioning of the unit.
