Difference Between Air-Cooling And Vacuum Based On Capacity

Jun 09, 2023 Leave a message

Today I will introduce two basic type of our block moulding machine, one is Vacuum system, the other is Air-cooling system. I will take 4m block machine as an example to briefly introduce the difference of product capacity.

1. 4m AIR Cooling Block Moulding Machine, with a size of 4000 x 1200 x 600mm, and the capacity of 8-12mins/cycle depending on different densities. With which you will be able to make 40-60 blocks per day (8 working hours), approx. 115.2-172.8m3 per day.

-----If the capacity of 12mins/cycle, 8 hours capacity:4x1.2x0.6x5x8=115.2m³

-----If the capacity of 8mins/cycle, 8 hours capacity:4x1.2x0.6x7.5x8=172.8m³

2. 4m VACUUM Cooling Block Moulding Machine, with a size of 4000 x 1200 x 1000mm, and the capacity of 5-6 mins/cycle depending on different densities. With which you will be able to make 80-96 blocks per day (8 working hours), approx. 384-460.8m3 per day.

-----If the capacity of 6mins/cycle, 8hours capacity:4x1.2x1x10x8=384m³

-----If the capacity of 5mins/cycle,8 hours capacity:4x1.2x1x12x8=460.8m³

Through the above example, we can see vacuum cooling block molding machine production is high efficient and about three times capacity of air cooling machine.

Others features between of them

1. Vacuum block machine produce basically density from 5~35g/l, while air cooling only from 5~20. If you must produce block density over 20g/l, cycle will be longer;

2. Vacuum block water content is lower than air cooling block, which is easy to be cut.

3. The vacuum block is equipped with two vacuum tanks, the overall efficiency will be higher.

If you have enough budget, we suggest that vacuum cooling block machine. Of course if you are sure you produce low density block and small capacity, air cooling also is ok.
