EPS / EPP particles changed from raw materials to molding products, which experienced the following transformation or deformation processes. The 1 and 2 processes are mainly completed at the pre launch stage. The main purpose of foam particles entering the mold is to fix the mould, which is usually steamed or burned. Molding process usually includes mold closing, feeding, steam thermoforming, cooling and demoulding.
As the process equipment directly produced in the production, the forming mould connects the design and production. In fact, the forming die is the re design of products, which needs to meet the shape requirements of customers as much as possible; on the other hand, the forming die also needs to consider the actual production process, which needs to facilitate production and improve production efficiency. There are two kinds of foaming raw materials in our company: EPS and EPP. The materials are different and the molding time is different, so the wall thickness of the corresponding mold is different. The thickness of EPS mold cavity of EPS foaming machine is 8-10 mm, and the EPP is 12-15 mm. In order to facilitate heating (uniform arrangement of air plug) and cooling, uniform thickness is emphasized.
