Foamed plastic is a plastic with many small bubbles inside the foam. The foam box, or fully automatic foam machine, is a box type packing container made of foam plastic.If it is steam heating foaming, it can be issued with polystyrene, that is, foam beads. If EPS machine is extrusion foaming, EPS particles and butane foaming agent are used.
The demand equipment includes EPS preconditioner, EPS molding machine and matching mold, steam boiler (also can directly buy steam), steam storage tanks, air compressors, compressed air storage tanks, EPS silos (storage of foam particles and other auxiliary parts after the preheater foaming, such as fans, pipelines, wires and so on).
